3D Spacer Technology
What exactly is it?
3D Fabric is the result of study and research into fabrics with high technical differentiation for multifunctional purposes. It is the creation of a “three-dimensional” spacer fabric, that can be applied to different sectors, such as sports, automobiles, healthcare, leisure, and so on. Its engineered design is very beneficial for the user.
When applied to equestrian products, there can be no doubt that the 3D Spacer provides the maximum comfort, hygiene, respiration, pressure distribution and cushioning. The 3D Spacer is extremely light, durable and resilient.
The 3D Fabric consists of millions of polyester fibres that interweave the upper and lower layers, creating an air room with a thermo-regulating effect. This interweaving of individual horizontal and vertical fibres make this fabric unique because of its open and elastic structure, ensuring perfect support with continual memory of the shape. These microfilaments adapt to the body perfectly.

The 3D Fabric distributes the pressure on the horse as no other material, evenly spreading out the weight all along its surface, preventing the rebound effect and providing maximum comfort.
The internal microfilaments make its adaptability perfect for each position and movement of the body. The filament structure of the 3D Fabric offers an environment free of mites, bacteria and fungi without the need to apply damaging substances that may provoke allergic reactions to the horse.
On top of that, this material facilitates effortless cleaning, simply by dipping the fabric into water, no need of washing machine. Thanks to its open structure, drying the fabric is also easy and fast.
