The security of your personal information and credit card details is a high priority. equinex.com.au uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to ensure that your credit card details are kept secure. An SSL-secure web page may be identified by an unbroken lock or key appearing in the status bar at the bottom of the browser window. The SSL system on this website encrypts data so that information is protected during transmission, ensuring that the only people with access to it are yourself and our banking institution, the National Australia Bank. Your credit card information is sent to National Australia Bank‘s Payment Gateway via Stripe for approval, and is not stored in our Website’s database. Stripe is one of the world’s leading payment gateways and provides a highly reputable secure service.

If you believe you have received ‘spam’ e-mail or unsolicited material from equinex.com.au, please forward the e-mail as an attachment to enquiries@equinex.com.au.

Cookies

Like most online shopping systems, our shopping cart uses a browser feature called a ‘cookie’. Cookies are small files which are placed on your computer’s hard drive which are used to store small amounts of information (such as the contents of your shopping cart) during your time at equinex.com.au‘s online store. Cookies are not used to access or collect any information on your computer: they are used to enhance and facilitate your online shopping experience.

 

Warranty

All EquineX Equine Products are warranted for twelve (12) months from purchase date against faulty workmanship or material. .  Damage caused by normal wear and tear, animals, incorrect installation or use other than what the product is designed for will void warranty.  To make a claim, please refer to our Return Policy (below).

Returns Policy

  1. No returns will be accepted unless authorised by a company representative.

  2. All returns must have a Goods Return Authorisation* (GRA) number clearly shown on the external return packaging. A GRA number can be obtained via telephone through customer service. The issue of a GRA number does not mean that the returned goods will be accepted or a credit will be granted.  Postage will be paid by the customer.

  3. Returned goods must be in their original condition. Packaged goods must be unopened, unmarked and in a re-sellable condition.  Goods must not be used, soiled or damaged.  EquineX reserves the right to not accept any returned goods that do not comply with these terms and conditions.  EquineX will only authorise a return if the goods are found to be faulty at the time of supply or if compliance is not possible.

  4. Special order items (non-standard stock lines), specifically ordered by EquineX at a customer’s request will not be accepted for return under any circumstances unless fault at the time of supply.

  5. All returns for credit must be communicated to EquineX within 14 days of dispatch or discovery of a fault in the goods.

  6. EquineX will provide a credit for returned goods only if a copy of the packing slip, invoice, or documentation showing the customer’s name, date of purchase and a notation clearly stating the reason for return is supplied.

* What is a Goods Return Authorisation/GRA? A Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) is a numbered authorisation provided by a company representative to permit the return of a product.

Restocking Fee

EquineX reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on products returned. The standard restocking fee rate can be obtained at the time of requesting a return.

Delivery Policy / Timetable / Tax & Tariffs

EquineX Australia primarily uses Australia Post to deliver orders.  All parcels will be delivered to the address provided when ordering.

Parcels will be dispatched the business day after the order is received, if goods are in stock. However, when a dispatch is likely to be late due to a shortage of stock, or any other reason, we will be in communication with you immediately after your order is received.

Delivery Timetable

Within Australia and New Zealand, regular mail with tracking is used. Mailing days and speed are dictated by the delivery timetable of Australia Post.

Delivery Charges

Within Australia: AUD $30 (free shipping for orders over $400)

Rest of the World: AUD $45 (free shipping for orders over $400)

Conversion Rates

All goods are listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). As for the conversion rate at the time of credit card use, the conversion rate of each card issuer at the time of dealings is applied. Current conversion rates can be calculated at xe.net/ucc.

Information for all customers outside of Australia

Please keep in mind that EquineX Australia aims to offer all customers the highest quality of service possible. However, since we are based in Australia, we comply to Australian standards and regulations, and are unable to guarantee that these regulations are accepted in all other countries. As such, please understand that no responsibility can be taken by our company about any problems generated by our products in countries other than Australia.
